OH LA LA <3 <3 !!!!

Conan O’Brien released a video yesterday, announcing the title of his upcoming TBS show, which premieres on November 8th. It'll be called "Conan". That's it. "Conan". In the video, Conan unveils the title by sloppily writing it on some paper. It looks like he wrote "Conaw" with a "w" at the end so he jokes that he'll have to go with that since they're only filming one take of the announcement.

It looks like we won't be seeing any Heidi Montag sex tapes after all. Sources say Spencer Pratt’s rep sent a letter to Vivid Entertainment, telling them the negotiations are over because he couldn't convince Heidi to go along with it. The letter states, quote, "Heidi's made it very clear that she is not interested in releasing any tapes it looks like she pulled the kill switch." It adds, quote, "Spencer's not interested in further destroying their relationship by pursuing an avenue she's so vehemently against." The letter also says that Spencer hoped a $5 million deal would have been enough to sway Heidi but it didn't, and she was threatening to sue him if he went any further with the negotiations.

Jerry Lewis is a bona fide Hollywood legend. So perhaps it's time to turn to him for advice on how to handle Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and the rest of their kind. Jerry who's 84 years old has the solution. And quite simply, it's violence! He says, quote, "I would smack [Lindsay] in the mouth if I saw her . . . I would say, 'You deserve this and nothing else; whack!' And then if she's not satisfied, I'd put her over my knee and spank her. --"The same thing with Paris Hilton. Those children are begging for help. What they're doing is saying . . . 'Can you please help me?' When people who have celebrity give nothing in return, they need a spanking and a reprimand."

Shortly before beginning her jail sentence, Lindsay Lohan admitted to Vanity Fair that she's been "irresponsible" in the past, but is now desperate to get her career back. Although she told the magazine that she's "not making excuses," Lindsay pointed fingers at the tabloids and her father when identifying the root of her problems. Of her first few years in Los Angeles she said, "It was very go-go-go and I had a lot of responsibility; and I think just the second I didn't have [structure] anymore I was 18, 19 with a ton of money and no one really here to tell me that I couldn't do certain things And I see where that's gotten me now, and I don't like it." The tabloids were "really scary and sad . . . I would look up to those girls . . . the Britneys and whatever. And I would be like, I want to be like that." As for her dad who publicly claimed she had a drug problem Lindsay said, "I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life." Going forward, Lindsay said, "I want my career back. I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It's not fun anyway. I don't care what anyone says. I know that I'm a damn good actress. And I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible but that's what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes." On rumors that she's an alcoholic: "If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [SCRAM] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I'm taking and my father says I'm taking-so that says something, because I was fine. I think everyone has their own addictions and hopefully learns how to get past them" On her alleged drug use: "I've never abused prescription drugs. I never have-never in my life. I have no desire to. That's not who I am. I've admitted to the things that I've done-to, you know, dabbling in certain things and trying things 'cause I was young and curious and thought it was like, O.K.,' cause other people were doing it and other people put it in front of me. And I see what happened in my life because of it." On courtroom drama after sentencing: It was "heartbreaking" see (her sister) Ali cry. As for her dad, who was present for her sentencing, she said, "The worst part of it is you turn around and you see your dad crying and normally you'd be, like, happy that your father's there. But then he has to go and do an interview right after." On hanging out with the wrong crowd: "So many people around me would say they cared for the wrong reasons. A lot of people were pulling from me, taking from me and not giving. I had a lot of people that were there for me for, you know, the party."
